With barely four months to commemorate the 20th anniversary of its opening to the public, the El Ingenio shopping center, in Vélez-Málaga, owned by Salsa Patrimonio and managed by MVGM, continues to improve its facilities. The last area where it has been renovated corresponds to leisure. It highlights the reform of the Cinesur facilities, which now offer a more modern aesthetic and nine rooms "with all the comforts". On the other hand, the firm Sould Park has opened its doors with a space for 'jumping' and arcade machines, being an establishment geared towards children's and youth's leisure.
In addition, other firms such as Soloptical and Time Road have changed their premises establishments, completely renovating their facilities and opening new commercial spaces along with the line of cashier's stores in the hypermarket. Also, there are several brands that are already working in their new stores in the El Ingenio shopping center, such as Salvador Artesanos, José Luis Joyeros and Pad Thai Wok, which are scheduled to open this summer, as well as Xiaomi and Reino Geek. "In El Ingenio we continue working to offer the most complete commercial mix and facilities that prioritize improvement in the shopping experience," they said in a statement.
Salsa Patrimonio has a long tradition in managing urban wealth for rent. In this way, it currently manages its own property portfolio in Malaga and Madrid with more than 76,000 square meters of SBA (Gross Leasable Area), which include office buildings, commercial premises, homes and the shopping center of the capital of the Axarquía.
