The Councilor for Beaches, Francis Arce, reports that yesterday the access to the Maro beach was closed, as well as to the central Calahonda, for having reached 90% of the permitted capacity, as stated in the sanitary security measures established because of the coronavirus.
The councilor remembers that the beach of Maro and had restricted access on the afternoon of last Sunday, and that the maximum capacity has been reduced to 900 people, with the update of the Nerja Beaches Contingency Plan in front of the covid-19, in The capacity of the La Alberquillas, Cañuelo, Molino de papel and Calas del Pino beaches has also been reduced. As for Calahonda, the maximum capacity is limited to 284 people.
