Next Thursday, February 13, in the circular room of the Nerja Museum, a round table will be held to reflect on Nerja's architecture. The architect responsible for the restoration of the Hermitage, Marta Lomas, and the architects Bernardo Pozuelo, Francisco Sánchez and Héctor Sequero will participate. The dialogue will be moderated by the historian Francisco Capilla.
This is the first of the six round tables that will be held under the name of Energetic Encounters, organized by the Nerja Museum, the City Hall Culture area and the Cortos de Vista association. All of them will consist of 4 participants in a dialogue that will have a moderator specialized in the artistic discipline in question. The protagonists will present their professional and vital experience through these relaxed participatory talks.
This was presented this morning by the director of the Museum, Juan Bautista Salado, the Councilor for Culture of the Nerja City Council, Gema Laguna, together with the promoter of the initiative, Ricardo Bajo, of the Cortos de Vista association. The artists who will participate in these meetings will be personalities from the cultural world, from the various disciplines -depending on the appointment of the cycle-, linked to the Nerjeña community, selected for the quality of their work and for their transcendence in the social and cultural life of the location. The first appointment is Thursday, at eight in the afternoon, with free admission until the capacity is reached.
