The Board allocates 295,870 euros to the creation of 23 jobs with the AIRE Plan

The Ministry of Employment has approved a subsidy of 295,870 euros for the Nerja City Council, through the AIRE Plan, with which 23 eight-month full-time contracts will be made, covering different age groups, from young people to over 45 years and destined to various municipal areas.

The largest amount is aimed at young people, with ten hires, for an amount of 126,131 euros; for the unemployed between 30 and 44 years old, seven hires for an amount of 90,570 euros; and for the unemployed from 45 to 64 six contracts are promoted, for 79,168 euros.

The mayor, José Alberto Armijo (PP), recalled that the plan seeks to deal with the situation resulting from the Covid health crisis and complements those that the local government has launched. They will work in Social Services, Environment, Urbanism and Tourism.
