The Department of Culture of the City of Rincon de la Victoria announced Tuesday the extension of the schedule of the Municipal Public Library 'Antonio de Hilaria' from May 20 to mark the start of the examination period, as indicated by the mayor of the area, Antonio José Martín (PP).
As usual, the Municipal Library modifies the opening hours of its facilities, which will be from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. uninterrupted until June 21 with the objective of "meeting the requests of the students, who in these last months face the exams of selectivity or of end of course in the different educative levels ", indicates the councilman.
The mayor of Rincón de la Victoria, Francisco Salado (PP), said that "with the extension of the municipal library schedule we reinforced the service provided to students, offering a set of facilities that facilitate their long study days."
In the public library `Antonio de Hilaria', young people can make use of two study rooms and more than 250 jobs, in addition to Internet services, computers, bibliographic files and a dining room.
The Library of Rincon de la Victoria was inaugurated in 2008 as the largest of the network of public libraries in the province of Malaga by offering users about 1,800 square meters distributed over two floors plus basement with functional and free spaces with a open and central patio on which the study areas are organized achieving an environment for tranquility and concentration. It has a reception, consulting room, bebeteca with books for children and young people, a study room with books on specific topics, a multi-purpose room, multimedia room, with capacity for more than 400 users.
