The Vélez City Council resumes face-to-face attention to citizens by appointment

The Vélez-Málaga City Council today resumed personalized attention at the Citizen Services Offices (OAC) in Vélez, Torre del Mar, Caleta de Vélez, Benajarafe and Almayate, although only by appointment, which can be requested by telephone.

The Councilor for Citizen Participation, Cynthia García, explained that phase 1 of the de-escalation allows to resume this type of services, for which in recent weeks the offices and procedures have been conditioned to the decreed security measures.

According to the mayor, once the appointment has been assigned, the citizen must appear at the corresponding OAC five minutes before the appointment time and, taking into account the hygienic-sanitary measures established for the de-escalation phases, they must go to the offices making mandatory use of a mask, respecting the social safety distance and providing the identity document along with the necessary documentation to carry out the requested procedure.

In order also to avoid concentrations of people, "we remember that all those neighbors who have a digital certificate can continue to carry out their procedures electronically," recalled the mayor.
