The Department of Citizen Security of the City of Rincón de la Victoria has reported the application of a new organization chart at the Headquarters of the Local Police of the municipality, which will be launched next week "with the aim of optimizing human resources for to the improvement of the service to the citizenship ?, as reported by the mayor of the area, Borja Ortiz (PP).
The Councilor for Public Safety and the Chief Inspector of the Local Police of Rincón de la Victoria, Francisco Javier González Casanova, have designed a new organization chart that will redistribute among the different commands various tasks and areas of the Headquarters, in addition to delegating to the sub-inspectors and officers the responsibility in the management of police functions.
"With this reorganization we seek to limit and define the powers and powers of both middle management and official sub-inspectors, energizing the activity of the Headquarters and optimizing existing human resources to the maximum," says Ortiz, who has indicated that the measure was presented in Board of Chiefs.
The mayor of Rincon de la Victoria, Francisco Salado (PP), stressed "the importance of this reorganization of the powers in the body, which aims to continue improving the services provided to citizens." Also, the councilor said that "for this government, citizen security is a priority, and therefore we will continue to focus on a police with better technical and material means."
For his part, Casanova has advanced that "the new organization chart has already been communicated to the sub-inspectors, so that next week we will meet with the other officers to start the new organization imminently." In addition, the inspector explained that "this measure also seeks to incorporate new technical means, update performance protocols and enhance the training and specialization of agents".
