The Department of Social Policies and Equality of the Rincón de la Victoria City Council has reported the start of the enRedateMás employment and training program in the municipality, as indicated by the second deputy mayor and councilor of the area, Elena Aguilar (Cs). It is a project that aims to promote the socio-labor insertion of unemployed people, paying special attention to those groups and those areas with more difficulties in accessing the labor market through incentivized training itineraries and promoting the values ??of a territory socially responsible, with the participation of economic and social agents, through networking.
The mayor has advanced that "soon the course of 'Receptionist in tourist establishments' will begin in Rincón de la Victoria consisting of 300 hours that offer 15 places". "This course, which is compatible with other training actions, supposes the improvement of the training and the employability of its participants", Aguilar explained.
The initiative is aimed at the most vulnerable groups (women, population users of social services, over 55 years old, young people under 30 years old not served by the POEJ program, immigrant population, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, other groups ... ). The training itineraries are made up of specific training and professional practices, as well as transversal and complementary training.
